TOMMY LEE To Film 'Good Times' Video Next Week

MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee has issued the following update via his official newsletter:

"Finally returned from a very successful European tour with MÖTLEY!!! So nice to finally be home sweet home!!...Ahhhhhh my own bed...been touring since February!!! I have a bit of a break before MÖTLEY starts up on our summer tour!!

"I'll be shooting my first video for my new CD, called 'Good Times', on July 11th... Can't wait for ya'll to see it!!

"Cya ya'll soon..."

Lee's new reality TV show, "Tommy Lee Goes to College", is scheduled to air August 16 on NBC, with two back-to-back episodes slated for 9 p.m. ET.

The show, which was filmed last fall, follows the tattooed drummer as he studies, auditions for the marching band and attends Cornhusker games at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Lee recently entered into an agreement with Handleman Company to have his new solo album, "Tommyland: The Ride", released on August 9 in conjunction with the reality show. Produced by Scott Humphrey, "Tommyland: The Ride" features guest performances by such established artists as Chad Kroeger of NICKELBACK, Carl Bell of FUEL, Deryck Whibley of SUM 41, Butch Walker, Joel Madden of GOOD CHARLOTTE, and Nick Carter of the BACKSTREET BOYS.
